 Good value if you aren't looking for perfection August 28, 2010

For the price, this is a great bluetooth headset. It has all the features I need it to, easily syncs with my devices, and gets the job done. It's not the best one out there, but you usually get what you pay for. My only complaint might be if it's in my ear and I'm working and bending over or something it can have a lot of static. I'm not sure why but it always seems to be when my head is bent down towards the ground. I think the ear gel thing could be a little better too, but overall it stays in so it's fine. I have had mine drop a few calls, but for the most part it isn't an issue, and I think in the past I've had cell phones do it just as much anyway. On the whole, this is a great value for the price and if you're looking for an affordable headset that's still decent quality I definitely recommend this one.

While it came in a good package, I suddenly found there were too many parts to deal with. And, everything seemed rather delicate and flimsy. Had a tough time figuring out which ear piece woudl be ideal for my ear. Never felt secure about the headset staying in my ear.
There are better, more secure head sets from Plantronics and others. This one is not worth it.

I just received this item today, opened it and re-packaged it to return within 15 minutes. The headset would not charge from either the AC or the battery power supply provided. I couldn't even turn the item on because I couldn't get the initial charge required!

got it to use with on PS3 and works perfect. I use the around the ear attachment and can hardly tell its there. Sounds quality is good although sometimes the mic is extra sensitive and pics up the noise from the TV. Also works fine using it with my Samsung Alias 2 in the car.

Although I did not purchase this bluetooth headset from Amazon (used a local cellular retailer), I felt compelled to write a review just to warn others that this product is not worth buying. Here are my complaints:
(1) Gel ear buds DO NOT STAY ON (now I've lost all of them), and neither does the over-ear hook.
(2) Headset does not stay in, regardless of earbud chosen or whether or not I used the over-ear hook.
(3) Does not stay charged through one long phone call.
(4) People on the "other end" complained of a lot of noise and echo (no noise cancelling technology, apparently).
Again, my BIGGEST complaint is that this thing constantly comes apart. I've had it sort of settled in my ear and, while talking and sitting still, the earbud or hook will fall off and the headset drops to the floor. I find this product extremely frustrating, and I'm sorry I bought it and kept it too long to return it.
Don't waste your time and money!
